How short is good for shorts?

Summer is here, that means bikinis, t-shirts, and shorts. Shorts are a cute summer way to keep cool in the summer, but if there too sh0rt you may end up look immature and silly. And if there too long, they may end up looking unflattering. So, how short is to short?. I’m about to answer.
Do you remember when you were a kid, if your shorts were shorter then the tips of your fingers if your arms are flat on your sides? That rule should apply to all your shorts and skirts, for work. When not at work keep them longer then if your hand.
Lindsay's shorts are perfect for the weekends, just please, don't wear them to work.
And to make sure your shorts aren’t too long, keep them above the knee. Any longer and you look unkept, because then they aren’t shorts or capris.
Knee length shorts are the most unflattering cut a short can be. Keep shorts shorter then these, and if they get longer, call them capris.
So, now you know how shorts too short. I suggest buying long shorts, and rolling them up on the weekends.
Minis, How Short Is Too Short?

Today we’re dishin’ out the dirt, the dirt on what? Celebs and their teeny weeny minis.
The good side of teeny weenies: Kate Hudson rocks this purple mini, and black tights and black heels are perfect for elongating your legs.
And here's the reason why you shouldn't wear teeny weenies, as Lindsay Lohan shows beautifully, just a slight wind and your tighty whiteys are out for all the world to see. But on the bright side, we're lovin' her smile!
Amanda Bynes looks cute and fresh in this white mini, but it is still kind of short.
This dress almost works and was almost cute, but unfortunately for Britney, it isn't. This is a classic example of the too miniature mini.
So are minis too mini? My answer is, no. Minis can be a cute way to spice up a a plain white blouse, but please if you wear a mini, don’t buy one too short. I bet we can all agree that the world would be a better place without all these underwear accidents.
